Chris Edge: Chris has vast expertise within the IT industry and is the founder of parent company Edge Designs Ltd. He is a Computer Science graduate who started the company in 1989. He previously worked in the telecommunications industry for GEC-Plessey and has since successfully helped hundreds of businesses and local government organisations to develop and deploy successful IT solutions and strategies. Chris is a family man with 3 girls and in his spare time enjoys walking.
Jonathan Smith: Jonathan Smith joined Edge Designs Ltd in December 1998 and plays a key role in Coventry Business IT Support. He is a graduate from Bournemouth University with over twenty years’ experience in the technical sector. He lives in Leamington and is the face of the company locally.
Gary Mann: Gary Mann is senior support engineer, with wide experience of providing IT support to small businesses. He has been with the company for 5 years. He is Microsoft qualified and explains what is required, as well as doing what is required, having been an IT trainer for several years.
Alkesh Vaghela: Alkesh is the IT Support Manager. He is an IT graduate with 6 years’ experience of providing support and assistance to ensure that our client's IT works smoothly and efficiently.
Craig Shannon: Craig is an IT support engineer. He works with clients to ensure the smooth running of their systems. He is Coventry born and bred, so he knows his way around the city as well as around IT systems.
Trish Carey: Trish provides admin support, ensuring that clients receive a prompt, friendly greeting and even enjoy paying their bill. Trish is multi-talented, also ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Margret Wells: Margaret shares the administrative load with Trish providing office efficiency for the company. Margaret helps to clarify client requirements, logging, relaying and progressing, to ensure they are met.
